what is cardio
cardio means a continuing activity for some time to increase your heart rate to a particular state where u can burn fat.
even daily 20 minutes of cardio improves your immunity .
Benefits of cardio
if you are doing cardio in daily basis ( at least 4 days in a week ) you need to know the benefits of it.
1)Burn fat and calories
2) improves lung capasity
3) Improves sex drive
4) helps to complete sleep
5) Makes your confidence level high
6) can save us from heart attack , high cholesterol, diabetes , high blood pressure, also helps to fight with cancer.
infact it does not need any high intensity work out you dont need to spend hours in gym. just a 30 minutes of walk is enough to stable your mind heart and blood pressure .
if you want to start cardio i will suggest you to start with 15 minutes of walk , skipping , running , jumping jacks.
tray any two of above for 15 minutes for 1st 7 to 10 days,you can increase 5 minutes in every week.
but remember 30 minutes are enough.
always remember do stretching before cardio & take good nutrition with it for best result.
